Migrate customer photos to C4C

Hi pros,

How can I migrate individual customer photos into C4C?

I have a table with customer IDs and links to customer photo. Now I'd like to attach this photos to customer records in C4C.

How can photos be assigned to customers automatically? THere is no such field in Customer migration template

Dear Nadezhda,

There is no way to upload the images in bulk or auto assignment of images using Migration activity.

To add a photo for Individual customers you must need to have a social profile which is the unique identity of the a given customer.

You can upload image for customer with below steps:
1. Go to Customers work center
2. Accounts view
3. Open Particular account
4. Click on Action button
5. Select option "Change Image" -> Browse and save

For Individual Customer:
1. Go to Customers work center
2. Individual Customers view
3. Open Particular Individual customer
4. Edit
5. Header screen -> Social Information -> Facebook
6. Click on Value selection
7. Select the social media profile
8. Save
Social media FB profile pic will be uploaded as image of individual customer.
