Cannot load SDK from terminal service

Hi, When connecting to a server via terminal servcie, upon starting SAP B1, the following message is displayed: "Failed to load add-on: BSSDK". However, When running B1 on the server directly, the SDK can be loaded directly. I was wondering if it has to do with some settings in terminal service as this happens only when connecting via TS.

Have you tried to log on with administrator on the ts and does it work than.

we are always using administrator to log in to the server. There's a SAP note on SAP's site mentioning this kind of problem. However, the solution there cannot solve the problem.

Hi Alan,

I face the same problem before. But until now still i can't find out the reason. But definitely it has something to do with the security issue.
