Mail id not showing correctly in Print Preview

Hi Guys,

I m facing one issue. I have maintained two maid id's in OX10. for example abc@gmail.com and xyz@gmail.com in communication tab.

i have marked abc@gmail.com is the standard mail and for other id i didnt mark anything.

After saving PO in ME23N when i click the print preview in PDF format it shows xyz@gmail.com.  But it has to show abc@gmail.com.

May I know where to make changes in order to get mail id as abc@gmail.com....Or is it ABAP work in the smart form? If its ABAP work means where to make changes?

Can anybody help on this issue???

Thanks to all. I have checked with ABAPer there was some error in the ABAP programming.

Hi,

Why you want two E-mail ID's to be appeared in your PO print?

Delivery address with E-mail ID flow from  Plant address to PO Layout or may be some time based on business all are Hard-coded in PO Layout

Discuss with Technical consultant and know logic behind havingE-mail in PO Layout in your PO Form or Smartforms and accordingly proceed.

You need to maintain in vendor master in XK01 or XK02

Abaper can better understand that in smart form, from which field they got the email id and use in print out.

Just consult with your abaper.

May be wrongly they have used the second email id's field for smart form.
