I've the following report through BEx query displayed in analyzer:

While I drill down at Order reason level, it's giving me the following data:

But I need data after drill down in the following format:

Basically, at invoice volume, while I drill down at order reason level, I should retain the total of it’s sales office value.

Following are it’s bex properties I’ve used for Invoice Volume:

Is it possible to define as expected through BEx query? Please suggest as early as possible.

Antony Jerald.

    Hi Antony,

Take your MTD invoice volume kf----drag and drop order reason characteristic--Right click on it--set constant selection.

Make sure to switch on the result row display for order reason char.

For more info.with illustration on the same you may search with the term Market index sap help.

    Hope that helps.

    • It is not possible to show Invoice Volume KF summation value in all cells. Because Order Reason is contributing directly to that KF. that's why it is showing you break-up when you drill down by Order reason. Moreover, your Cubes have data like that. How can you expect a Constant value in all cells? It makes no sense. Please think and explain to your people.

Anyways, try this for your Invoice Volume KF:--

    Hi Antony,

we can not see a difference in your screen shots - especially the sum is not shown, so we can not see what your problem is...
