I am a payroll consultant and asked me to work on Time. When employee is hired he should get a PTO quota. Right now system is prorating the quota based on when employee is hired.
Requirement is to generate full quota as long as employee is active on last day of payroll. Can you please guide me which tables to look and how to configure it without poration

Configure absence quota settings, let me know which process are u going i mean time eval or without time eval, based on you need to set up the master data infotype IT0007.
With time eval : - TMSTA = 7 or 9 in infotype 0007 and by using report RPtime00 or PT60.
with out time eval : - TMSTA = 0 in infotype 0007 and by using report RPTQTA00 via SE38.
