Maintenance order creation time stamps and status time stamps are different

Hi Experts,

I have got some examples of work orders where the order creation time stamps (TIME CREATED field) in AUFK table is different from the time stamps in JCDS table for the system status CRTD. The difference in time stamps is almost 1 hour 25 minutes delay got updated with JCDS table

I couldnt think any scenario how this would have occured, but cannot deny the fact could be due to any V1 or V2 updates delay in the table ?

Hi

Have you assinged any one of user status as intial then there will not be much difference in the time created, kindly check whether are you reffering any other user status

Any difference in these timestamps should be non-existent or negligible (i.e. ~1 second). Silly question, is the timestamp you are refering to in JCDS is the one for the status creation, not deactivation?

Its system status CRTD time stamp in JCDS table vs ERZEIT field time stamp in AUFK table

Its hard to believe indeed. Can you please first check from the action log from order itself?

If you are not satisfied from action log, kindly provide the screens for Order Action Log, JCDS & AUFK entry.
