Hello Experts,

With regard to settlement of internal order to WBS element I would like to ask one question that as & when I settle the internal order to the WBS element then immediately IO Assigned amount became zero in KO22 budget & again we can use the same budget for another PO. Therefore there is no point to maintain the budget. So could you please look into this issue & same guide me. Please find below snap for your reference :-

First we have maintained the budget in KO22

After the GR activity happened then we can able to see that budget assigned amount in below screen:-

And last when I settled the cost toward WBS element then immediately assigned amount became zero from KO22 :-

Your prompt response will be highly appreciated since it's very urgent.

Thanks & Regards,

Varun Kumar

Hi,

You can pass this settlement through a specific cost element. This cost element could be exempt from availability control via OPTK transaction. This way, you would not include settlement transactions in your budget flow.

Thanks Eli for your prompt response.

But could you please let me know which cost element should I take into consideration for OPTK transaction ?

It should be the cost element on which the settlement is posted.

Hi Eli,

Thanks for your valuable input on this issue.

In our scenario we have settled the cost from IO to WBS & WBS to Cost center & if we exempt the cost element then transaction effect will not come in PS module. Because through that element we have brought the effect in IM-PS module. So is there any other way to resolve this issue.

Thanks & Regards,
