Hi Experts,
UWL Error - An error occurred while trying to connect to the provider.
We have to access UWL task from backend CE system in our EP System.
It will shows Above error message .
When click for Details:
System Connector Status
DEV CE System BPEMUWLConnector Failure
message
Unauthorized
Hi Amith,
As you said it was working wel before so System Alias must be correct.
So,
Definitely this is SSO certificate issue(either wrong/expired SSO certificates are there currently).
Ask your basis team to reimport SSO certificates. It will resolve the same..
Thanks,
Amey

Protal front end is EP and backend CE system.

From the same backend system we are able to access all the iviews that are created using Webdypro java .
When users created any request using iViews it is created. But that Task is not displayed in UWL --it will display above error.
SSO working fine for all the application that are using same front end and backend system.Except UWL it is not working.
Hi,
Have you Define the SAP ECC system and Alias in the portal system landscape. Try to do connection test in system landscape.
Does the user with which you are trying have proper access in the backend.(Check he is not locked in the backend or doenot have valid date.)
As mentioned earlier check SSO.
If the portal and the backend are on different system check that the post is open and you can use telnet command to connect the backend.
Thanks
