Hi SAP gurus
I wanted to create Bonus buy (basically Bonus buy - Free goods) in the DEV region just to try out different options for the different multi buy needs of the customer test those before creating those in production.
I know i can create the bonus buy but not sure how to test them. One way I could think of was to try and create a sales order and see if my bonus buy works for the article i create the condition for, but I have read different posts in the site which say sales orders are not integrated with the bonus buys.
So in the dev region is there a way toe test if my bonus buys work as intended.
Any guidance or inputs on this would be much appreciated

Hello,
After setting up Bonus Buy, you may use POS simulation transaction WPUK with bonus buy articles and quantities to test it.
You are correct; bonus buys are not applicable to sales orders. For sales orders, free goods determination is available similar to bonus buy.
Thanks,
Venu

Hello Venkateswarlu,
Inbound POS simulation would be the best method to confirm that the Bonus Buy configuration using the W10T Retail Menu Path go to the following
Logistic - > Distributed Retailing -> POS Interface - > Extras - Simulation - WPUK - Sales
Although the question then becomes what values are you assuming to have returned in the Simulation. A bonus buy either offers flat percent, flat dollar, bogo, etc. these are conditions that are evaluated in the register and passed as a dollar amount back into the system. You maybe better serviced by evaluating bonus buy details after the register receives details of the bonus buy and passes back the specific condition types relating to PN10 and the other details you have defined in your project.
