Hello guys,
I'd like to ask you for advice.
We have one type of absence quota, one type of absence type and two shifts.
Shift A is 7,5h long and second is B and is 12h long.
My idea is, that when employee with shift type A have vacation, SAP will deduct one day from quota of 25 days.
When employee with shift B will have annual leave 1 day, SAP will deduct 1,5 day of quota 25 days.
Do you have any idea how to solve it? Where I can define type of shift (QUOMO feature?) and where I can define deduction rule for it.
I thought about multiplicator 150% for B shift employees? Or are there any other ways how to solve this issue?
Thank you for any kind of proposals.
Regards,
LUkas.
Hello guys, thank you both for the advices.
It was quite helpful, but there is still unanswered question for me.
Because it could happen, that employee will be transfered from 7.5 shift to 12h shift and back. This could happen several time per year.
Client doesn't use PT60. So will the system recalculate it correctly?
In current setting it doesn't do that.
Feature QUOMO is used only in PT60, or always if it's activated and set?
Thank you,
Regards,
Lukas.

Hi Lukas,
This can be achived in counting rule..... we have option of counting class assignment for PWS , In that table you will have any way two different PWS . for 7.5 hrs assign counting class 1 . for 12 hrs PWS assin counting class 2.
in counting rule require to define sequence number 1 and sequence number 2. In sequence number 1 multiflier will be 100 % . in sequence number 2 multiflier will be 150%( counting class require to selcet 2 here)
This will be solve your issue.

Santosh

If, for Shift A, the Daily Work Schedule uses DWS Class 01, and for Shift B, the DWS uses DWS Class 02, then you could use these parameters in to create different Deduction Rules (in T556C).
