Header Price Condition Visible and editable

Hi All!

Is there any way to define a header price condition to be VISIBLE (without have to press F4 button) and EDITABLE on the conditions tab of the PO?

When i unticked "Manual" on the M/08, the condition is visible by default at header level but not editable at this level and instead, the same condition is visible AND editable at item level.
