Hello,

We are trying to view Dashboard report(created in SAP Dashboard 4.0 SP 7 and using BEx queries) in SAP Enterprise portal 7.0 which is giving the attached screenshot error. The Report in working fine on Launchpad as well as document link. Can anyone also tell what does the resource id in screenshot means?

    Finally,

I solved the problem. As we were using the "Single Sign on", same userid was forwarded to BO server which do not had the proper roles assigned when we changed the roles of the userid it started working. Thank you all for your response.

    Hi Anuj,

Once check the status of "Dashboard Processing Services" in the dashboards server list in CMC. If its health status is in red, then restart that server and then run your dashboard and check whether you are getting the same error.
