HCM_TM_Absence Quota Carry Forward- Employee service.

Dear Experts,

Please help me for my Absence quota carry forward based on employee experience.

Scenario:-

Done in December; on accumulation basis per year ; first year carry forward - half prorated leave entitlement of that year; second year - including Half prorated leave entitlement of that year (maximum of 28 days; 3rd year - maximum of 28; rest the option is give to employee to opt for encashment or to be used in the first quarter of new year year); gets carried forwarded to two quarters of the next year; encashment is opted by Employee as application on the system and paid in December.

Example:- If emp joined on 01.01.2013 - per year entitlement is 24 days/ in the month of dec-2013, carry forward is 12 days Carry forward to next year.

Time evaluation using schema - TQTA every day processing and Credited as on date based on 0.5 slab.
