Need few Clarifications on Upgrade from MII 11.5 to 14.0

Hi All,

We are planning for MII upgrade from 11.5 to 14.0.2. For this I need few clarifications

Existing system Configuration & MII Working Applications:

OS:

Window Server 2003, Enterprise Edition, Service pack 2,

System:

Processor 2.00GHz, RAM: 8GB

MII:

Complete MII is running on Webpages only with Applets procedure.

Need Clarification for below Points:

1. Is it possible to go for upgrade from 11.5 to 14.0.2
2. Is existing system configuration enough for MII 14.0 version
3. If we go for upgrade, existing webpage applications will run or need any modifications.
4. If we go for upgrade, what strong advantages would be as compared with 11.5 ver.

Hi All,

As per above post, I am trying to install 14.0 on standby system (i.e. Windows server 2008). Its completely fresh system.

Now as I gone through system landscape, I have downloaded SAP MII 14.0 from Service Market

but for SAP Netweaver 7.3 its showing so many download links for my landscape configuration.

Kindly suggest me which link I need to download from Service marketplace and how to install.

Hi Praveen

You will need to download all archives marked as JAVA (usually 6 of them) + the kernel + DB components marked ORACLE.
