Worklist in CRM Web UI does not show incidents

Hi Experts,

I'm currently testing Incident Management in Solman 7.1 SP8 and have this problem that the Worklist in CRM web UI is not showing the incidents that I created. I checked and run authorization trace but there is no problem in authorisation. I can display all the incidents from the "Incident Management->Search Incidents' screen but not in Worklist.

Any suggestion?

    Hi Tess,

    What type of Incident you are using, standard SMIN or customer ZMIN/YMIN ?

    Try to create Standard SMIN and look at worklist.

    After that you should see your incidents in Workilist and also check search parameters.

    Check tcode DNO_CUST04 is your Incident type there PROCESS_TYPE or PROCESS_TYPE_ADD must have your ZMIN or YMIN there .
