InfoSteward Log File Access

Hi Experts,

After performing an import into metapedia I am presented with the option to download the log file from the import. When I try to download and save the file I receive the folllowing error message:

Unable to access file. (MUI-10033)

Could you please help me on the same.

what version of IS do you use?

Also you can try clearing tomcat cache: 1. Stop tomcat 2. Delete BOE folder from tomcat\work\Catalina\localhost 3. start tomcat and test again

Also try a different browser.
