intializing planning area

I wanted to intialize a planning area "tesing "but the system  tells me de-intialize   and then intialize the other planning area SNP_STOCK  and i did the same-- despite that the planning area " testing " does nt seem to intialize

hello babu  it appears SDN website is facing rough weather unable to insert image .long time and no see.. hw r u ?    once SDN  done i will get back

normally what do you use to activate ? i use that candle light sometimes or that TS_PAREA_INITIALIZE  -that ABAP program- to intialize all planning area ...but i guess TS_PAREA_INITIALIZE  that is foolproof .supposing if it is not activating stil.....then what could be the reason....key fig .  is not fixed properly  or char.is not fixed properly...there should be some reason isn't ??

from your experience which is the point you look at when PA doesnt get intialised..

the insert image in compose is not working...anyways will snd u once it is rectified but the error message is
