Pre seperation action issue

Hi Expert,

As one of our client wants a pre separation action where the client get notified on employee resignation. I am planning to add one more action “Pre separation” but I am not sure as which are all infotype need to be added in that and also how an email will go to HR about employee resignation.

Hi Alok,

Apart from Organizational Assignment,Planned Working Time,Basic Pay you can have Personal Data,Contract Elements,Date Specification etc infotype as part of Pre separation action/

Personal Data, Planned Working Time, Basic Pay, Org Assignment, Communication ( As the same we use for Separation)

Automatic Mail trigger can be configured through Dynamic Action
