Empty label on ZEBRA GC420t from Crytal Reports

Dear Experts,

I made a label in Crystal Reports for SAP Business One 8.82.

It works from work orders.

I imported it into SAP B1. When I ticked the print layout icon I can see the label.

I want to print it on the ZEBRA printer, the label is empty.

I tried to print 8 labels, the printer pushed 8 labels out, but all of them are empty.

(It can count the labes well.)

I printed it on another printer (Samsung SCX-4521F) it works fine, the label is on the center of the A4 sheet.

What is the problem?

hi Pál Szabados,

i would recommend to install the latest printer driver for the zebra printer.

Dear Jamie,

Thank you for your answer, but I did it.

But I couldn't remove the old driver, and I think the combination of the old and new driver is not a lucky

thing.

The solution was the installation of the Seagull driver.

The name of the file which I've got: zebra_7.3.3_seagull_driver.exe
