Client COPY

We have done a client copy of CRM QAS client with data into our Dev instance.

When we access our products (table COMM_PRODUCT) or product hierarchy (table COMM_HIERARCHY), we get a message that "Logical system CRQCLNT400 does not exist in table TBDLS".

On analysis, we find that the source logical system is stored within the product master data tables and this has not changed when we have done our client copy.

How do we update the logical system of all relevant tables where SAP could be storing the logical system as part of master/transactional data.

Appreciate thoughts.

Hi Sivakumar,

transaction BDLS is what you are after.

Make sure all middleware settings are pointing to the right systems as well.

I'm not a Basis/netweaver consultant, but isn't there a tool available to perform a rename of the logical system?
