Crystal reports 13.0.2 run error in windows 2003 SP2 and .net framework 4.0

after deploy program in windows 2003 SP2 and .net framework 4.0, report layout don't show normally as designed format and if print it to specified printer, it would print out in another printer, not in specified printer.

OS: windows server 2003 SP2

.Net Framework 4.0

Program run: IIS 6.0

Crystal Report Version: 13.0.2

more info, the program is ok under window server 2008 R2 and FW4.0 and IIS 7.5, crystal report version is same.

any advice, thanks a lot in advance.
