Incident Management


Hi experts,

I am new to solution manager, i am stuck on the issue that i want documentation regarding the service desk process of solman 7.1. The scenario is from our satellite system the new tickets had been created and then how the incident management of solman 7.1 is approving this how the workflow is going. Is there any document available regarding this. Experts please Help me out on this
