Getting duplicate reports in Sales A/R in Business One

I created a new report to be place under Sales Reports in the Sales A/R module of SAP Business One. The reports whows up twice in the list of reports. I deleted the report and re-imported it and I am still getting duplicate entries. I deleted the report and then renamed it and imported the new report and I still get duplicate reports. I checked the dbo.RDOC table to see if there were duplicate entries for the report ID, and there is only one entry for the report ID.
