Hi,
What fuctionality changed in FI-CA collection management compared to FI-AR.
I heard that there is different menu path user for FI-CA Collections and the collection process is done based on the cases, Is it true?
and how can I integrate the collections with FI-CA.
Please help me on this.
Thanks,
Chaitanya
I assume you have found the solution using Dunning by Collection Strategy where BRF+ is used to perform similar activities as traditional Collection Management. In your Collection Strategy you can define a Collection Step and Activity which will create a collection item that can be viewed in via a CRM work list. You will need to activate the appropriate Business Functions.

Hi Chaitanya
You may find collection path for FICA under Financial accounting ---- Contract Account receivable --- Business Transactions ------ Dunning
Collection management in FICA is much wider than FI-AR, Please read for more information.

Also I would suggest you to have knowledge on BRF+ which is recently has flexible features for Business. BRF+ GUI allows business team to define/change dunning procedures/levels by themselves.
Hope it gives you relevant information else let us know.
Thanks
