schedule file adapter

Hello Experts,

i scheduled sender file adapter and kept the status as external control, but channel is not active at schedule time.

i am working in PI7.31 version, kindly let me know any other settings i need to do.

Hi

If by "Schedule", you say you are using the PI "Availibility-time Planning" of a CC, that means your CC should NOT be in "External" mode !!, but in "Automatic" mode.

If it does not work, that means you perhaps forgot to active your "Availibility-time Planning" (checkbox), or you badly affected your CC to your "Availibility-time Planning".

Now, if by "Schedule", you say you would like to use an external tool to trigger this CC, your CC is well in the good mode: "External", see log on this external tool.

you might have created the rule but did you select the status as active?

Check to see if you have missed a step. Ideally ATP is not different from 7.0 Service pack 19 onwards.
