Error in downloading Gateway Notes - for SAP Fiori Apps

Hi,

While trying to download the below necessary two notes to upgrade to SAP UI5 Libraries -

• 1931051  (To upgrade SAPUI5 runtime to version 1.16.4)
• 1940304  (To upgrade SAPUI5 runtime to version 1.16.5)

we are getting a run time exceeded dump on GW server.And hence, we are not able to apply these notes.

Is anyone else facing the same issue and knows what the problem might be??

Please find the below screenshot. We are getting the message that 'Document is not released' for both notes 1931156 and 1931157.

Can you please share the notes with us, in this case??

We already raised a 'Very High' priority message on Saturday i.e., 23 Nov 2013 morning itself.

We still await response from SAP on the same.

We are completely stuck and need help asap. Would it be possible for you to share these notes with us, please?!

Could you please let me know the component name for downloading this note? I also could not download this note. I created an IT message before, but they are not able to solve this issue. I think a message against Service Market place would help, but I do not know the component name.
