F-28 question

I have page and pages for position to be checked in f-28 and I would that my users could save the possibility to "park" the f-28 result and to complete it in a second step (for example the day after). Is is possible?

Ask help from security team in this.

Say group 1 users will not have ability to post docs. they can just park.

Group 2 users can open park docs and post them after review.

But in f-28 I can't see the park button Where is? Thanks a lot..

Hi Silvana,

This is correct. F-28 is a clearing transaction and these can only be posted, never cleared. Reason: SAP would not be able to "protect" the items you select against clearings by other users - this functionality is missing and probably not even desired. You should only perform clearing once you know what you want to clear and how - and then you post the document, not park.
