Cost/Revenue Rate replication error

Hello Gurus,

I am facing strange problem in configuration of cProject 4.50 as below -

I have two clients on same system, lets say client "A" & "B".

Client "A" is open for configuration and client "B" is testing client (freezed for config)

I defined cost/revenue rates in client "A" and transported to client "B" successfully under path (SPRO - cProject - connection to external system - accounting integration)

Further I replicate cost/revenue rates in client "A" which has generated transport request. When I move this transport request to client "B", it did not update these rates in client "B" under path (SPRO - integration to mysapERP - SAP PPM - Project Management - collaboration projects - controlling - Assign Cost Elements and Activity Types)

Then I opened system "B" for carrying out manual replication, I got an error message regarding duplicate entry (entry already exists in client "B")

But I am not able to see any line item in client "B" under config node (SPRO - integration to mysapERP - SAP PPM - Project Management - collaboration projects - controlling - Assign Cost Elements and Activity Types)

Request you to kindly give me inputs to solve this problem

Hi Mayur,

Have you checked whether the cost revenue rates replication has happened in client 'A' first.

If it has replicated, then i would recommend you to delete the all entries and re-enter again and copy the configuration to client 'B' through TR.

It is not advisable to open the client 'B' and make entry there since it would make inconsistencies across clients.
