Errors with Mobile Apps SAP IT Incident Management and Change Approval

Hello SCN members,

Could you help me please? I’m facing some problems with two standard mobile apps for IOS about Solution Manager:

• SAP IT Change Approval
• SAP IT Incident Management

I already installed and configured SAP NetWeaver Gateway 2.0 on an Embedded System scenario, together with Solution Manager.

Apparently I'm successful with the connection through Gateway point to point in both apps, but when I’m authenticated, they show me an error message:

SAP IT Change Approval
Error on synchronization of the change request: No data found.

SAP IT Incident Management
Error on synchronization of the incidents: No data found.

On the Incident Management  one, when I try to create a new incident, I’m able to search for all IBases registered in Solution Manager of my company but the categories don’t appear to choose and when I click on priority option, the app simply closes.

We are using Solution Manager 7.1 SP10.

Do you have any suggestion?

is your problem already solved?


If not:
take a look at my question () and check if your customizing is correct.


You also need to check the customizing table in transaction DNO_CUST04.

For "SAP IT Incident Management" you have to fill your process type of your incidents in the "field value" where the "field name" is PROCESS_TYPE and the "sequence number" is 0.
Maybe this is your solution.
