Datasource ‘0CRM_TSS_DTRACK’ Question

Former Member

Hi,

In my CRM 7.0, the standard datasource ‘0CRM_TSS_DTRACK’ shows only the ticket DURATION of each individual change of  Object Status but doesn’t retrieve any  information about the Object Status itself.

Really, in the table ‘CRM_JCDS’ can find this information (Object Status) but I do not find the link with the corresponding changes of ticket present in my datasource.

Can you help me to find the link between these two informations?

Thank you.

Best Regards,

Silvia

Hi

Please provide or look at the keys of both tables to find the information to identify and link the two tables. Then create a generic datasource based on a view with the two tables.

hope that helps

Thank you Martin, but I don’t solve in this way. I try to explain better.

The two interested tables, CRM_JCDS e CRMD_TSS_DTRACK, have the same GUID key, but it is the same value for all records.

I should associate the changes of Object Status of CRM_JCDS table (column STAT) to the corresponding records of CRMD_TSS_DTRACK table. I do not find the link between date-time of CRM_JCDS table and Timestamp of CRMD_TSS_DTRACK table. An example is in attached file.

So, how do I link the column STAT of CRM_JCDS table to the correct record of CRMD_TSS_DTRACK table?

Alternatively, considering that my datasource doesn't recovery them and the tables can't be link, can I find in any other way these changes of Object Status associated to the ticket?

Thanks in advance.

Silvia

Hi Nani,

Can you observe below condition:

CRMD_TSS_DTRACK - ORDERADMH_GUID and CRM_JCDS - OBJNR seems like have the same values.

if above condition matches and your data source won't have STAT field then you can enhance your data source by using above condition.

Mean while recheck two tables you may find a link which is common between two tables. or use view option at SE11.

Thanks

Hi

Try to convert the timestamp to UDATE and UTIME to join your records. It's probably the easiest to transfer both in DSO's and then do the join in bw.

hope that helps
