You can start in RSA1 under the required InfoArea > right click > create multiprovider. Then you will need to select (check mark) the cubes that you want to include. Further the process is similar to creating an InfoCube i.e. choose chars and key figures and assign dimensions. A multiprovider has the added requirement to do Identification (for chars) and Selection ( for key figures) in order to decide which values will flow from which cube.
