Hello,
I have been setting up rebates in SAP for a little while now, but we are now tasked with setting up incremental volume rebates... i.e.,
1 - 180,000 2% payout 2% accrual
180,001 - 250,000 2.5% payout 2.5% accrual, etc....
Can someone give me a guideline as to how to do that.
Thanks. Jenny
Hi Jenny,
I hope you are using the rebate agreement to setup this one.
You can use the Scaling for this. In the rebate agreeemnt, click on conditions --> Enter the material and Click on Scale Button (it will be like steps) --> there you can enter the payouts based on the volume.
Hope this helps.
Thanks

Thanks for the quick response. We are using the rebate module within SAP. So, yes, I am familiar with the scales, however, this is an incremental rebate as I mentioned, where rebate % is based on incremental $....see below.
From $1 to $180,000 get 2%
From $180,000 to $225,000 get 2.5%
From $225,000 to $280,000 get 3.0%
etc....
We would only pay the % on the incremental $, not back to $1.
We have tried all areas of the module, and connot determine how to set up the scaling in this fashion. Any advice you may have is most appreciated.
Thanks
Jenny
