SAP B1 User Cockpit Seetings

Hi

We are using SAP B1 Version 9.0 PL 7. I have a question for saving Cockpit settings. Since 3-4 days it's hapeening that Common Functions & Open Itmes settings are gone and have to reset every day when logging in. Can anybody let know what would have changed that has disabled saving of user cockpit items.
