Audit universe date prompt error

Hi,

I am trying to use the Audit universe and Crystal Reports for Enterprise sample reports in a new installation of Crystal Server 2013.

However after publishing the universe and opening one of the sample reports, changing the data source, and verifying the new data source, when I refresh it it fails because the dates from the date prompts are compiled in American format in the SQL (MM/dd/YYYY).

I have tried changing the ODBC regional formatting settings, changing the IDT and CR for Ent language settings, and the language the SQL 2008 user uses, all to no avail.

I restarted the connection servers between all of the changes to confirm they had been made.

Where do I need to update to ensure CR for Ent uses UK English date formats?

thanks

Keith

the answer turned out to be to add the old user_input_date_format parameter back into the sqlsvr.prm file
