Physical Inventory Field Selection

Hello Experts

  I want to make Stock Type (ISEG - BSTAR) field display only for Physical Inventory process.

There is option in config Field Selection for Physical Inventory. But I am not able add Stock Type field in that section.

There is no such field available in Field selection for Physical inventory. You can set the required value as default in Physical inventory settings for the field stock type.

If you set the field to display only through transaction / screen variant you will not be able to edit the same if required to change the stock type to Quality or Blocked.

Be cautious while doing so. Better you educate the users about the functionality.

Hi,

   The field selection for physical inventory in OMJU transaction for "Reason for Inventory difference" only, as of my knowledge.

    If you want to restrict the entry to special stock field, create a transaction variant for the transaction (MI01 or MI04 or similar ) in SHD0 transaction and make the field as output only as shown below:

    But as of my knowledge, the field ISEG-BSTAR will be greyed out by default (as per the settings in OMBH transaction) while entering the count. If not, yo may check the same in the abouve mentioned method.
