We have a communication user used in RFC connection is getting locked frequently.I enabled the audit and found some process from Java Stack system(which was recently split) is causing the issue
I updated the user password in RFC destination in NWA and successfully ping the server using the RFC destination but still the user is getting locked for every one minute.
I am guessing the user password is stored some where in Java stack apart from RFC Destinations is causing the issue since when you unlock the user RFC destinations works fine.
Any suggestion on how to fix the issue.
Thanks
Rahul
SM20 will give you the Program name also, you might need to check all HTTP connection and other TCP connection if somewhere any user id is maintained. I fixed this once by getting the program name which was trying to connect all the time and user was getting locked frquently.

We have upgrade our BW system(ABAP+JAVA) to 7.30 and split the java stack. The user gets locked in ABAP System.
We know that something coming from the java stack is locking the user id.I went a head verified all RFC destinations in Java Stack ..All RFC are working fine but some how the user in ABAP stack gets locked.
I am trying think about other areas in java stack where user id of ABAP System is mentioning.

Hi,
What are the user details and what is it used for . Do you remember the of password of that user . If yes can you please try to update it to the same password and see it helps you.
Did you check the NWA logs if any other application is using it.
Did you try to activate trace in the backend and see if you can find more details.
Thanks

Hi Rahul,
Can you update more details e.g. System Component, user name, NWA RFC in which this user being used etc. It might help in identifying the other locations.
