Hi Team,

We are getting error while trying to add an item to the glossary.

Message: 'WS' is null or not an object

os - Win 2003 server 64 bit(enabled to run 32 bit app)

oracle DB

DB , Search and app server are placed in different servers.

Kindly share if anybody come acrross through this issue.

Hi ,

We are not getting connected to the glossary database. ODAC is installed in the app server. however the system able to detect the collab db . what need to be checked to find the connection of glossary db from app server.
