Unable to download Sneak Preview Web AS 6.40 ABAP

When I attempt to download the 6.40 Web AS ABAP, I get redirected to the /irj/sdn directory, but the link there to the download location takes me to the /sdn directory, which redirects me to the /irj/sdn directory which ... well, you get the picture.

What am I doing wrong? How do I get the download started?
