Error during ERP6 EHP6 Upgrade - BI_CONT is in an undefined state

i am facing a Severe Error during EHP Upgrade ERP6.0 EHP5 to EHP6:

"Servere Error(s) occurred in phase PREP_INIT/VALCHK_INI!

Last error code set: BI_CONT is in an undefined state, that is not safe to be upgraded, reason Upgrade wasn't completet -Call the SAP Support"
