RCA data till yesterday only

Hi Experts,

I was struggling last to last week with Grey early watch alert which i resolved using KBA 1827116. Now i am making sure that i am getting data in RCA for my Java system. Today morning when i went to RCA tab, i could not see data for today. Data was there till yesterday 21:00

When i looked after sometime, graph is till 22:00. Now i am not sure what the issue is

I have checked ISADMIN, introscope EM, SMD agents and extractors. All are running fine.. Please let me know what could be the issue.

Hi Aditya,

Please check the below notes for workload analysis for "today" time interval issue

1610321 - No data for time interval "Today" in RCA

Normally for change Analysis , will get the data upto yesterday, normally the job will trigger on every end of the day and collect the data . for more detail check the RCA guide

Hi Kartik,

Thanks for the note, but i am on ST-BCO patch 6 so the note is not applicable.

This helped me for the job name CCMS_ASR_AGGR_DATA_UPDATE that is moving data from DSO's to infocubes. It runs hourly in my system. This explains why I am getting data after every hour i check.

But still unable to get why its running 12 hours behind.

Hi Aditya,

For change analysis details  please check extractor E2E_CCDB_TO_CUBE for the system which is registered in table DIAGST_CONFIG in row SYSTEM_CCDB_TO_CUBE.

        

For details please check the note -1526776  - E2E CA: "no changes or no config store found"

Karthik,

I am looking for Workload analysis only and i could make out the job CCMS_ASR_AGGR_DATA_UPDATE kept running for 20,000 seconds at 1 o clock today morning. which means it did not complete till 5 o clock. jobs that got tiggered at 2,3,4 and 5 o clock failed.

I am raising this with SAP now to understand how to bring it back to current time.

Please elobrate your issue in details .

In which RCA tool your facing issue . I assume it should be work load analysis .

Could you please check the managed system configuration of the system affected . If it is required , please execute the extractor step once .

And please send the screen shot of the extractors .

Hi Bala,

I am facing issues in workload analysis tabs. The issue is with all systems which hints some problem with BW component of Solman and not extractors.

Thanks for your thoughts. But, as I can see the data coming in I don't see the need of doing the managed system configuration again.
