Copying Formula from One Struc to another Struc

Gurus...

Can I copy Formulas from one structure to another stucture in the same query... Querying on a multiprovider I need existing formulas which I already have in one structure.. Any ideas...

    Hi Preetham,

    You can do 2 things: Either create the formula as a CKF, so it will be on the left hand side and can be reused. If this is not possible then you can simply copy the formula definition from the formula editor text box, and paste it when you create the formula in the second structure.

    • I know...sometimes structures really get huge and complicated. You can take your global structure and right click > Remove reference. This make it local again and you can chnage it without affecting the global structure. Then you can add your new formulas.
