CIF - Program to monitor SMQ1 and SMQ2 queue

Hi all,

I remember that in my last job we had a job that did the monitoring of smq1/2 so when a queue with error appeared this job canceled and show you the queue number with error.

Someone knows which is the program related to this process?. I will really appreciate that information.

Your question is not clear so I'm going to take a couple of guesses.

Are you referring to the transactions for setting up Queue Monitoring /SAPAPO/CW (Outbound Queues) and /SAPAPO/CQINW (Inbound Queues). These allow you to trigger email alerts to administrators if queues are blocked.

Alternately are you referring to transactions to register display programs (this allows you to jump to application logs across systems when in SMQ1/ SMQ2)  - In APO using tcode SMQE you can maintain display program  /SAPAPO/CIF_QUEUE_EVENT2 for CF* queues. Similarly in ECC using tcode SMQE you can maintain display program CIFQEVO2 for CF* queues.

I am not aware of a program that will cause a job to be cancelled if there is an errored queue.

To display queues (In general, the only queues that remain open after a few minutes are errors, so when these programs run, the only queues displayed are errored queues).
