Automatic conditions in Scheduling Agreement

Dear All,

Is there a way to bring conditions like freight, commissions, insurance.. etc to scheduling agreement automatically?

I know that conditions in scheduling agreement are time dependent. But my client has agreements with hundred items and they need to enter conditions for each item.

I've tried MEK1 but it didnt work out.

I know that if we maintain these conditions in info record, then they also appear in ME31L. But again it is a huge work to create PIR manually and enter these conditions to PIR.

So is there a way to bring conditions automatically to scheduling agreement like MEK1 or something else ?

Thanks in advance,

Best regards,

Hi,

Make the condition fetching as time independent for document type.

Then maintain the discounts in MEK2 as follow

Go to MEK2

Give condition type PB00

Select key combination "VENDOR"

put the purchase organization and vendor and valid on. press execute. Then press Condition supplement.

Then you can see below screen.

Then Create Schedule agreement.

You pricing will like that by default foe every time for this vendor.

Thanks

Dear Dev,

But i need to go on with the document type as "Time Dependent". Because my client will enter prices for different periods as monthly.

So if i move on with "Time Dependent" conditions. Is it possible also to bring automatically ?

Hi,

I don't think its possible with time dependent condition.

I have test the scenario in my system. No way to maintain discount for time dependent condition.

Either you have to use info-record, Or enter it manually.

If you have a huge number of PIR then you can upload it via LSMW.

PIR is the best way to use.

Thanks

Hi,

Conditions in POs are always time independant and info records are time dependant. So if you are using scheduling agreement as time dependant, you have to maintain the conditions in info record. You may create an LSMW recording and upload the conditions.

Yes its possible, you need to make perticular scheduling document type Time independent

Go to Spro>MM>Scheduling agreement>define document types> scroll right and remove check Time

D.C. , now when you create SA it will pull pricing schema from vendor schemea group assignment
