UWL Error with SSO

Hi There.

The issue I've got is regarding the SSO relating to the UWL not to work. Looks like for the SSO on the portal to work you specify the url without the port number :50000.

http://company.domain/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.portal.navigation.portallauncher.default - SSO works and UWL fails

But then then the UWL doesn't seem to work. With the port number in there its working fine. but the SSO is not working then. Is there a way around this.

We are on EP6 sp2

Can anyone help me?
