Stack level of product version SAP NETWEAVER 7.0 cannot be determined

Hi experts,

We are calculating the last stack level with MOPZ on a ERP EHP3, but it seems that MOPZ cannot calculate the stack.xml .

At 2.1 step any stack level is displayed.

The error is at step 2.2 :

Stack level of product version SAP NETWEAVER 7.0 cannot be determined!

CL_FREETEXT_MESSAGE

Stack level of product version SAP NETWEAVER 7.0 cannot be determined!

Message no. MOPZ_CHECKS270

Diagnosis

A compatible stack level cannot be derived for the &1 according the

selected target stack and product version .in MOPZ step 2.1

System Response

MOPZ can't continue further. Stack.xml cannot be generated.

Procedure

Check up a higher stack or the latest stack in MOPZ step 2.1.

If this does solve the issue, Create CSS message to .SV-SMG-MAI

Hi,

Please check SMSY/LMDB  settings . Do you have NETWEAVER 7.0 system is installed with ERP component.

That can be one of the reason that you are not getting the stack details and the error.

If you want to take the reference related to the below note.\

1851343 - MOPZ: Stack level of product version SAP SEM 6.0 cannot be determined.

This will help you to check the issue.

Hope you have selected the radio button of maintenance in the start of step 2 in MOPZ.

You say that you have an ERP EHP3 system.  What EHP are you looking to go to?

Hi Graham,

We would like to donwload the last stack for EHP3. We don't like to upgrade to a higher EHP.
