Area Management role not working in NW portal

Hi Expert,

I am facing some strange issue in NW portal 7.3 SP08 version of portal installed in out organization, this is issue is regarding creation of WPC page using "Area Management" role,

1. Entered the role using "Area Management" tab available in DLN.
2. Created the area and created one page in the same.
3. Opened that page in edit mode to design.
4. Tried to drag and drop the content from content templates division available in right side of the page.
5. This content is showing error and not allowing to add any content within that.

Please find below screen,

due to above error I am not able to design any WPC page for end users and it is showing error on the end users screen also. We checked all the required permissions and authentications for the same but it is not still helped, please do needful asap.

Hi Bhavin,

Make sure that you deployed latest patch for EP-WPC SP08, if this did not help please upload the trace files so we can see what is the error.

Hi Bhavin,

This is not the trace file.

Please reproduce the issue and then go to this location on the file system:

usr\sap\<SID>\<J0..>\j2ee\cluster\<server number>\log\defaultTrace_.... .trc

upload the latest trc file (the one that is not yet closed, smallest one).
