SE Entry deleted but SE still showing value in PO History Tab

Hi SAP Expert and Guru,

Currently I am facing an issue whereby the SE is having deleted indicator set. However, the SE in the PO History Tab still show value at the column amount in LC.

Normally when the SE is being deleted, zero value will be shown at the PO history tab, but this SE is different.

There is no change log being captured for this SE, so I cannot carry out further studies on that.

Kindly advise and consult how to have the deleted SE have the zero value shown in the PO history tab.

Additonal information for the SE, there is no acceptance being proceed for the SE and there is no goods receipts found in the PO history tab.

SE is deleted without Acceptance is posted.

Hi Bijay,

This notes would not work, cause this notes only apply to those SE with acceptance being done. But my SE is deleted without any SE Acceptance done.

Any advise on this?

Hi,

First Revoke the SES.

Then Check the PO history.

It will be like that:

Then Delete the SES from ML81N

You can delete this after revoke.
