Hi HCM Consultants,
I am an ABAPer, and I need the help of HCM consultants for the input parameters of the report HINUREQ_CORRS_LETTER for correspondence letters.
I have maintained the values in table V_T7INFORM_SUBTY as driver program (HINUREQ_CORRS_LETTER) and Z PDF forms with the help of my HCM consultant against different office orders in different subtypes.
but when we are executing HINUREQ_CORRS_LETTER we are not aware about the input parameters for this report HINUREQ_CORRS_LETTER. So, it is not fetching any value.
Please help me what input parameters needs to be provided to get the print preview ?

Select Other period Give the period You want execute for example For current month if you want to execute Start Date should be 01.11.2013 and end date should be 31.12.9999
Select Personnel Number To find the list of personnel numbers Enter Transaction Code PA30 Select radio button In that you can see the list of personnel number Select anyone of that For example: 2000
Next Is Employment Status On Employment Status Just right click on the report You can see Active , Inactive and Withdrawn Select any option If you select ACtive You can see the list of ACtive employee Sameincase with other status If you select withdrawn You will find the list of withdrawn employees.
I believe Above three fields are enough for execution of Report If you face any difficulty Let me know
