Subcontrecting material costing

Hello  ,

Can we run  material costing of subcontarcting material by using subcontrating PO price instead of creating Subcontacrting info record .

In our organissation most of the time end user not updated info-record price.

If your Final product is maintained in price control as "S-standard price" and all your components are in moving average price you can run costing for your main product ....T-code CK40N

My final product price control is (S), while using CK40N its pick up child material cost from material master and subcontarction price taken from subcontractiong infor record..it standard process.

its possible instad of subcontracting info record price system directly pickup subcontratcing PO price from Purchase order.

Hi,

Info record is the first prior for PO.

If user forget to tick the Info-update, I think there are no option for update the price to a new PO.

Please go for a user exit on Info-update will be auto ticked.

Or Consult with your ABAPer, he can help you via a development in ME21N.

If i believe that you want the price to pick while costing run from PO price rather from Info price....

But while costing Run for main product the pricess will be picked from material master for all components ........guess it is clear for you now
