Date identifier 03 in T549S

Hello Friends,

Could you please help me understand what is the significance of date identifier 03 (period end date) in T549S.

I have a scenario of fortnight payroll. For example, period 10.2013 is from 30.10.2013 to 12.11.2013. However, period end date is updated as 10.11.2013. This rule of 2 days less than than the actual end date is followed for all fortnight periods. Would like to understand where exactly this date is being used.

What is the start and end date in V_T549Q of your payroll parameter for period 10.2013? End date is 10.11.2013, isn't it?
